Pressure on “Our Boys”

I know there is great pressure on “our boys”…

But I must say what we are all thinking:

a victory over the Netherlands would not be merely an exceptional sporting result,

but a true antidote to the plunder, the humiliations and the injustices that have come to us for decades from the Low Countries.

A victory on points would be sensational.

But it would still be a victory if we were dignified, brave and fighting to the last minute, whatever the result.

Never, it seems, has a simple football match carried so great a symbolic charge. Never!

That is why We need a victory!

COME ON, ROMANIA 🇷🇴!!!
