The Discontinuance of the Genocide Case
On 30 March 2023 the Prosecutor’s Office of the High Court, the Military Prosecutors’ Section, did what it “had” to do: it shelved the case concerning the Genocide committed by the Romanian authorities during the plandemic period.
Today we, the members of #TheCoalitionForTheNation, did our duty and challenged this shameful Order.

That is all they could manage… at the Prosecutor’s Office of the High Court, the Military Prosecutors’ Section.
“In view of the absence of any evidence gathered, of the extremely short duration of the criminal investigation, and of the very content of the Order to shelve issued in this file, it is evident that the Chief Military Prosecutor of the Section, Brigadier-General magistrate Piți Cătălin Ranco, has not fulfilled his official duties, having performed no act of criminal investigation answering our specific accusations.
Moreover, the manner in which the Order to shelve was drafted proves beyond any possibility of denial that the military prosecutor Piți Cătălin Ranco took off the robe of the magistrate and put on that of counsel for the persons whom we named as responsible for the genocide committed against a part of the Romanian people.
In summary, by our complaint we showed that:
beginning on 27 December 2020 an “information Campaign” was launched in Romania which intensely promoted the vaccination process, bringing to light exclusively the presumed advantages of “immunisation” through vaccination, while completely and constantly omitting any information as to the risks and the morbidities which the vaccination process presented for certain categories of persons with pre-existing conditions, as well as the fact that the vaccines which were “offered” as safe and effective to Romanian patients were at the stage of experimental medicines;
at no time were the recipients of the vaccines imported by Romania informed and encouraged to have tests done before the vaccination process, in order to learn whether they suffered from certain conditions and whether they were on the list of those who might suffer adverse reactions — a fact which was such as to increase the incidence of post-vaccination effects foreseen and anticipated by the manufacturers themselves;
at no time was the Romanian patient, the recipient of the vaccines, encouraged to have tests done in order to establish whether or not he suffered from “hypersensitivities” to the substances of one or another of the vaccines “offered” by the Ministry of Health.
beginning on 6 April 2021 the co-authors knew of the existence of risks that may appear after the administration of at least one of the contracted vaccines (“risks of thrombocytopenia and of coagulation disorders in association with the administration of the COVID19 vaccine — AstraZeneca Vaccine”).
In the face of what we set out — irrefutable matters contradicted by no argument or evidence and publicly acknowledged by the perpetrators we named — the Prosecutor’s Office “retained” only one general fact, of presumed “notoriety”, which is however in no manner founded on any concrete proof, namely that:
“The conduct of the national authorities was similar, if not indeed identical, to that of the authorities of numerous other states. All of them observed the recommendations of the WHO and of the majority of the internal and international medical and health authorities (our emphasis).”
In reality, there is in the file NO evidence whatever that “the authorities of numerous other states” concealed either that the vaccines proposed were at the stage of experimental medicines, or that the recipients of the vaccines imported into third states were not informed and encouraged to have tests done before the vaccination process in order to learn whether they suffered from certain conditions and whether they were on the list of those who might suffer adverse reactions, nor that the recipients of the vaccines in other countries were not encouraged to have tests done in order to establish whether or not they suffered from “hypersensitivities” to the substances of one or another of the “offered” vaccines. By no means!
In fact, even if a similarity were irrefutably established between the manner of action of some and others among the decision-makers of the various states, that similarity is not such as to exonerate from criminal liability the persons who exercised state authority in Romania and who, knowingly, each during his own term of office, did not officially make known to the public the information they possessed, but continued to promote vaccination and,
moreover, persisted in forcing the Romanian citizen to be vaccinated, not only through obsessive press campaigns but also through the restriction of fundamental civic rights and freedoms of those citizens who did not administer to themselves the experimental treatments contracted by the Government of Romania.
As we have shown, the fact that the Romanian officials knew of the adverse effects of the vaccines follows beyond doubt also from the Answer of the Ministry of Health No. CRP 1298 / 13.01.2022, which we annexed to our Complaint, but which was not taken into account by the Prosecutor’s Office, being entirely ignored.
Now, as we have shown, the concordant actions of the co-authors and of their accomplices had as their effect the production of 41,486 adverse effects reported to the Romanian officials up to 31 December 2021 alone!!!
In addition, beginning on 6 April 2021 the co-authors knew of the existence of risks that may appear after the administration of at least one of the contracted vaccines (“risks of thrombocytopenia and of coagulation disorders in association with the administration of the COVID19 vaccine — AstraZeneca Vaccine”), yet they undertook no action to halt the vaccination and the production of possible adverse effects — a fact such as to prove beyond any doubt that they acted with the direct intention of gravely harming the health of all the persons who presented risks.
Within the same eugenic logic fall the acts committed as co-authors by the persons named above, namely the declaration of certain hospitals as “Exclusively CoVid Hospitals” together with the closing of other hospitals, a fact without precedent in the world and one that cannot be justified by any WHO recommendation. Yet as regards these matters the prosecutor in the case entirely omitted to analyse the notorious facts we had denounced.
For all these reasons, the absence of any reference in the Order to shelve to the accusations we brought in our complaint makes it impossible to criticise the legal reasoning that led to the shelving decision which we criticise and challenge,
and therefore, given that in the present file no criminal investigation was carried out and no evidence was gathered such as to lead to the conclusion that the acts committed by the persons listed above “are not provided for by the criminal law”,
we ask you to order the resumption of the criminal investigation in the present file, and to order the carrying out of investigations and the gathering of evidence on the basis of which the extent of the criminal liability of each of the perpetrators named in our Complaint may be established.
