Even the Security Men Weep Sometimes
But only when they become victims in the battles between the *securici* clans.
Take today’s example: Gabriel Țuțu, head of the state company Romarm since the end of 2019 (who could have led Romarm, Romania’s principal supplier of defence equipment, if not a Securitate man?), detained today by the DNA together with the former manager of the national football team, Victor Pițurcă.
Mr Țuțu has an “impeccable” curriculum vitæ. On the Romarm website he is described thus:
* “An extremely motivated and proactive manager, with solid experience in the field of security systems and information safety.
* A high level of integrity and the support offered to the team define a leader’s conduct with proven results in the position of manager.
* 10 years’ experience in the Romanian Intelligence Service and 5 years of commercial security, during which prolific collaborations were maintained with several governmental, diplomatic and intelligence agencies.
* Excellent management and leadership skills, with proven experience in security and risk management in difficult and high-risk environments.
* Experience in the management of state companies and governmental institutions.”
Today Gabriel Țuțu was detained because he is alleged to have received, through an intermediary, the sum of 50,000 lei in a case in which the state is said to have suffered a loss of some 8 million lei.
The affair is of the highest interest, because it represents the very tip of the tip of the iceberg of the hundreds of millions of euros of business the *securici* did during the plandemic. And yet… only 50,000 lei???
Clearly, Țuțu is not the stake here. Still less Victor Pițurcă. The target appears to be Lucovid Orbán.
But I do not believe even he is the target.
Is it Ciucă? Virgil Popescu? I do not know. Perhaps.
In fact, what we are seeing is a battle to the death between certain clans of *securici*, fighting over a budget that has shrunk more and more in the wake of the plandemic, of the war in the east and of the imminent economic crisis. The money is less and less, and they are very many and very greedy. And ferocious when they go “into the red” with their finances.
Last Thursday I was telling you that “this ‘omnipotence’, and also the impunity of the ‘military men’ of the secret services, have made the members of these services constitute themselves into a veritable ruling caste which exercises total, authoritarian and discretionary control over the apparent leaders of the Romanian state. Unrestricted access to information concerning every aspect of the life of every inhabitant of Romania grants them an unlimited power exercised from the political level to the judicial or the economic, so that in the year 2023 there is no sphere of activity in Romania that is not puppeteered by the caste of the *securici*.
As a ‘news item’, a businessman who, willy-nilly, inevitably ends up at the table of the *securici*, was telling me the other day that at the economic level a veritable battle is taking place between the clans of the *securici*. Why? For the simple reason that THEY ARE EVERYWHERE, so that inevitably, when one *securici* strikes or fleeces a third company, invariably from there is heard the howl of another *securici*… whence the ‘competition’ and the ‘fight’ between the clans of the *securici*. What is certain is that everything outside the Caste of the Securitate men, everything that does not belong to the System, is irrelevant. Or becomes immediately irrelevant after meeting the systemists.”
All that has happened today confirms once again what I have been telling you for years.
This reality makes me say that Romania cannot be cured of this metastasis of the Caste of the *securici*, which has spread through the whole of society, except by dismantling the System — a dismantling that can be done only by demilitarising the intelligence services and placing them under the strict control of Parliament, a Parliament which ought also to appoint the heads of these Services, become veritable organised-crime groupings.
This is one of the principal aims of the project for #TheRevisionOfTheConstitution entitled #TheConstitutionOfSovereignty, a project against which the more or less undercover *securici* are violently agitating.
For the time being, paradoxically, the only effective weapon against the systemists is… the budgetary crisis, the “systemic” hunger for money created by the crises we have been living through these last years.
The winners will be, obviously, the *securici* again. But only the *securici* who control the DNA.
So, once in my life I too shall shout
