A New Instrument for Supporters

Following the requests of many supporters and partisans of #TheSovereigntyLaw, I submit to your attention a new article:

“After article 9 of Law no. 163 of 11 June 2021 on the adoption of certain measures concerning information and communications infrastructures of national interest and the conditions for implementing 5G networks, article 9 indent 1 is introduced, with the following content:

‘The technologies and equipment used within information and communications infrastructures of national interest, as well as in the electronic communications networks by means of which 5G electronic communications services are provided, may be installed on privately owned buildings after obtaining the consent of the owner thereof, or, in the case of collective housing buildings, after obtaining the consent of all the owners and/or co-owners.’”

I await your views and opinions on the necessity and the timeliness of introducing this new article into #TheSovereigntyLaw!
