A Brief Synthesis of These Last Days’ Realities
On Friday we learned how a disadvantaged young man from a poor little town in Romania was stopped in the street in broad daylight, had his papers checked and was diagnosed *ad hoc* by the organ of repression as a suspected CoVid case, then handcuffed, put into an ambulance and forcibly admitted to the Municipal Hospital of Turnu Măgurele.
All this happened at the beginning of March 2021.
On Saturday I witnessed live how a young family was refused entry to the National Theatre, to *The Dinner Game* staged by Caramitru Sr. exclusively for the vaccinated. Plainly, I witnessed live the first act of segregation on medical grounds, the first act of discrimination of the newly established regime of medical apartheid.
You, my friends, and anyone who follows my page, already know these new “items of news” which confirm the darkest predictions of the most pessimistic analysts of the CoVid phenomenon.
One thing is evident: both events described above satisfy the constitutive elements of a whole platter of offences.
Evidently, in each of these situations we have not only passive subjects of the offences — the disadvantaged young man deprived of liberty, or the young family abused and discriminated against — but also active subjects of these offences: the Teleorman militiaman and the doctor at the Turnu Măgurele hospital, or the Director of the National Theatre of Bucharest, Ion Caramitru, together with the whole Board of the National Theatre.
Whether the acts were committed in the form of co-authorship or of complicity are questions we shall examine on another occasion, when we come to draw up the criminal complaints.
More interesting, however, is the analysis of criminal participation in the case of these two offences.
In the first place we have the instigators.
“An instigator is a person who intentionally determines another person to commit an act provided for by the criminal law.”
The instigators in both crimes are Gauleiter Iohannis, Prime Sinister Cîțu, the ministers of the relevant departments — who, by the way, were present at the abominable act of discrimination and who thereby implicitly endorsed and publicly validated it, announcing in practice what Romania’s state policy will be in the coming period.
Then we have the accomplices.
The moral accomplices. It is to them that I shall refer.
And here one may list not only the ambulance drivers, the doctors of the Turnu Măgurele hospital, or the staff and actors of the National Theatre.
Moral accomplices in these abominable acts are also we, who have remained passive, although any one of us, of the accomplices, may become victims of the same criminals.
This form of complicity may in some cases also bear the constitutive elements of another offence… or mortal sin: Treason!
Treason against humanity and against the state of being human!
Do not be accomplices of the regime of medical apartheid!
Do not turn your head away! It will happen to you too!
Do not be traitors!
#BeHuman!
