Breaking Silent News
Tens of thousands of Germans are at this very moment on the streets of the Federal Republic.
The reason: today it seems that a law has been adopted which casts Germany into a dictatorial, fascist regime… a law which will certainly constitute the model of the future Romanian legislation promoted in “his Parliament” by the CriMinals of Gauleiter Iohannis.
Here is what the people of the AfD, the only sovereignist and anti-globalist party in Germany, write:
“On 18 November 2020, the new infection protection law is to be adopted in the Bundestag!
We found this interesting post on the Facebook page of MdB Gminder on 12 November 2020. Please read it. It is frightening!
For everyone!
Are you angry about the Corona measures?
Are you angry about the mask requirement?
Constantly discussing the proportionalities!
Look at America and Trump!
Have you no other worries ?????
Have you not understood what will happen next week, 18 November 2020, when the new infection protection law (the law for the protection of the population) is adopted ???
Our GG is effectively suspended.
Mrs Merkel wants to sell us, there will be no vaccination against the crown?
WE ALREADY HAD THESE!
It has long been anchored in Section 20 (6) IFSG! In the event of an epidemic situation with national consequences, the Federal Ministry of the Interior is empowered by ordinance to order vaccinations or other measures!
These formerly statutory ordinances are now even anchored in the IFSG (legally according to Article 80 of the Basic Law) !!!!!!!!!!!!
§28 provides that the authorities are allowed to order protective measures even in the case of suspects!
§28a is added, where all the corona ordinances made so far are listed. With the act of Article 80 of the Basic Law, these are no longer ordinances but laws !!!!
§36 1-3 was §5 of the IFSG; the difference now consists in the fact that this article applied only to serious diseases, now it also applies to threatening diseases!
Persons entering Germany who could have been exposed to “an increased risk of infection” for COVID-19 should in future be obliged to present vaccination documentation for SARS-CoV-2. See §28 SUSPECT!
Those affected should be allowed to travel in Germany by train, bus, ship and aeroplane only if they can prove their immunity before being transported!
The vaccination documentation is to be checked at random by the police at the border crossing and compared with the travel documents. This should also apply to a required medical certificate or to the test result that COVID-19 is not present.
The basic right to physical integrity (Art. 2 GG) is restricted!
All those who have statutory health insurance already have the immunity card in their pocket. The telematics infrastructure has long been in use. Doctors must save everything on the health card
If you do not have an immunity card, you can no longer take part in events or practise certain professions.
The bell cannot ring loud enough and you get excited about masks ????????? The masks are not our problem !!!!
Please share this post! Thank you.

Excuse and accuse the translation made with google “transleit”.
One question: WHY DOES NOBODY HERE SPEAK ABOUT THIS?
The answer you will give yourselves… and according to it I advise you to vote in the December elections!

Post scriptum by Petre M. Iancu:
“The law of ‘protection against contamination’ does not protect against the liberticidal infection either
In Berlin the draft of a law for protection against infections was introduced and adopted in the Bundestag, somewhat ‘by night like thieves’. The law empowers the government to reign sheltered from the legislative forum, so as to guarantee the security against contamination of a people panicked and wearied both by corona and by the freedom that comes as a package with the rule of law, founded upon separated powers that check one another.
In future the head of the German government and her people in the executive would be able to determine quickly and without parliamentary objections whether schools, restaurants, theatres and places of worship are to be closed. At some point later, one does not quite know when or under what conditions exactly, Parliament, once the key institution of liberal democracy, would docilely give its consent.
The regulation — compared by its critics massively, but inaccurately, in panicky and therefore excessive fashion, on the social networks, with the ‘enabling’ act of 1933 which freed Hitler from the duty not to reign without consulting the Reichstag — establishes the basis of a governmental empowerment for the time of a plague. The executive is furnished with a sort of blank cheque and the chance to claim that it would strengthen the right of Parliament, while in fact it undermines it. This, at a time when the critics of the governmental efforts to combat the pandemic have grown vertiginously in Germany too over the last quarter.
Granted to the rulers, entitled by an ‘epidemic situation of national dimensions’ to be able to restrict or suspend practically sine die, in the name of the fight against the virus, almost all fundamental rights (apart, perhaps, from that to asylum), including religious freedom, freedom of movement and of assembly, the new blank cheque could be used, its critics say, for the suppression of democracy. In the interest of security, of course. Pardon, of health. And of protection against contamination. To what extent, once adopted, this unclear anti-epidemic norm, full of the scientism of incomprehensible words and suppositions, will withstand the courts and the Constitutional Court remains to be seen.
Through this legislative construction there was adopted in the Bundestag, for the first time in history, a sort of martial law whose enemy is not an invading army but the invading virus of a plague.”
