Today I Was Given to Live Something That Still Gives Me the Strength to Hope

Somewhere on the A3 motorway I had a technical incident — a warning of a burst or deflated tyre. I stopped, I looked… nothing serious. A (nearly) false alarm.

But as I got out, my wallet fell.

Only at the courthouse did I realise it was missing.

It was not the 550 lei and 50 € inside that broke my heart, although… but the remaking of all the documents, the queues, the stress already terrified me.

Two hours later I receive a telephone call.

“This is Florin Stelu Dinu, I am a lorry driver and I have found your wallet…”

I was left speechless.

Now, as I write all this to you, I have already come into possession of the wallet. With the documents! And all the money!!! The “finder” would accept no reward. Nothing! Only a thank you!

I am absolutely moved.

I thank Mr Florin Stelu Dinu by this means as well and remain deeply grateful to him… for being what he is and as he is!

And I thank God that in Romania we still have such Men!

#ICanHope!
