In Lieu of a Conclusion After the Launch of “AUR’s Constitution”
If the System wanted to create an escape valve for the fury of the sovereignists, this is how it would proceed: it would amend 3 paragraphs of public impact but absolutely neutral — some of them even favourable — for the Securitate men and the oligarchs, tricking a few weighty names into supporting the “great reform”. In addition, it would be the ideal vehicle for certain accepted, if not favoured, parties to reach a significant but not decisive percentage.
And… Game over!
Why do I say “even favourable”?
Because… in the end… who has the most black money, who has plenty of cash from border trafficking, from drugs, from anything — trafficking likewise controlled by “them”?
Why, “them”… the Systemics! All the rest of us do not have as much cash as the crumbs in the “pocket” of one of them!
And so, leaning on our legitimate wish to have the freedom to hold cash… they will be able to launder heavily, as now, the immense sums of cash they hold. It is simple…
Then, the formulation “man and woman” proposed for article 48 of the Constitution, far too vague in our days, will also allow marriage between transgender persons… you will then see a flood of sex-change operations. There will also come a decision of the ECHR or the CJEU which Romania will be obliged to observe under the present art. 148 of the Constitution… and that will be that: we shall be a rainbow country and a “traditionalist” one at the same time!
Splendid, is it not?
In fact, without radical, ample amendments to the Constitution that would strengthen all the rights of the citizen as a whole and that would seek to annihilate the “omnipotence” of the System, the three amendments proposed by AUR are merely a cosmetic touch-up of the squalor of the Romanian state… in fact, an electoral vehicle. And nothing more!
But that is precisely what is intended! It is evident!
And first of all what is intended is the smothering of the only real constitutional reform that would occur in Romania in the last 33 years: #TheConstitutionOfSovereignty, the only one capable of creating a #ThirdRepublic, a republic of citizens. That is exactly what they did during the gathering of signatures for #TheSovereigntyLaw as well! The same people! Again against us!
And, as then, as today, from the highest level we received assurances that we would work together and that we would gather signatures together for both projects!
Coincidence???
Certainly NOT!
And yet, old and already burnt so many times, I still believe in honour and good faith.
I know, all the chances are that I shall be burnt once more… I know that very well!
What is very sad is that, unfortunately, none of this was noticed by many, very many valuable people, very valuable ones, whom I sincerely love and admire, which is why they fell into this very skilfully laid trap… and that is one more proof that the System does not sleep!
And yet… what if I am mistaken? What if I am accusing these people, who want the good of the country, for nothing? What if I am sinning by accusing them of treason and villainy for nothing?
What if they really do gather signatures for #TheConstitutionOfSovereignty as well?
Then… I shall repent!
Then I shall beg forgiveness and weep bitterly!
And I shall even vote for their presidential candidate…
The future will test us and show us… whether the past repairs itself in a loop, whether the one who stings you two or three times can also once be honest, and whether the System really is in everything and everywhere!
I tend to believe that it is.
But I still hope I am mistaken,
And I still want to hope!
