The Sovereignty Act, Sent Back

#TheSovereigntyLaw has been returned by the Legislative Council. Not rejected, not given a negative opinion, but effectively returned, in its material substance, to the sender: all 8 pages, together with the Declaration constituting the Initiative Group and the Authorisation.

Obviously, the Council’s “solution” is unlawful, this manner of “settlement” not being provided for by law 189/1999.

But “the solution does not surprise us”.

We knew that THEY ARE ALL AGAINST US.

We knew they would do everything in their power to stop us.

They will not succeed!

We shall resume the procedure!

But not before supplementing the legislative proposal with provisions that will outlaw any form of sexual proselytism, as the Hungarians have done.
