The Sovereignty Act and Vaccination
And because #TheSovereigntyLaw must solve the thorny problem of the compulsory character of vaccination, and likewise of the discrimination caused by the acceptance or not of certain medical treatments, here are the articles of the Law that bring the antidote against abuse and medical dictatorship:
“12. Medical treatments may be administered to Romanian citizens only after prior obtaining of the agreement and written consent of the patients, following prior and compulsory information given on the basis of the leaflets supplied by the manufacturer of the proposed medicines, medical emergencies being excepted. No citizen may be discriminated against positively or negatively as a consequence of the acceptance or refusal of a medical treatment.
13. Medicines may not be marketed nor medical treatments applied for which the manufacturer offers no guarantees against adverse effects.
14. The marketing of medicines, vaccines, medical devices and other pharmaceutical products for which complete clinical trials have not been carried out according to the methodology established by organic Law is forbidden.
15. Art. 297 para. 2 of the Criminal Code is amended as follows: ‘(2) The same penalty applies to the act of the public servant who, in the exercise of his duties, restricts the exercise of a right of a person or creates for that person a situation of inferiority on grounds of race, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, wealth, age, disability, ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL OF A MEDICAL TREATMENT, non-contagious chronic illness, or HIV/AIDS infection, CoVid19 or the like.’
16. Any form of commercial advertising on television, radio and social networks for medicines, vaccines, medical devices and other pharmaceutical products is forbidden, with the exception of cosmetic and natural products.”
Of course, if, in breach of the Constitution and of the Oviedo Convention, the Iohannis regime adopts any Law on compulsory vaccination, in any form, WE SHALL REPEAL IT EXPRESSLY!
